Refunds & Support

1. No refund without cause

Once paid, PRO benefits are usable immediately and can't be given back, so a change-of-mind return isn't possible.

Wrong plan, changed your mind, bought it but never used it — these aren't refundable. Check the plan and amount at checkout before you pay.

2. Cases where we do refund in full

You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount for one order.

You paid but PRO didn't activate, and after 24 hours it still hasn't — provided the account you signed into is the right one.

A PRO feature (sync, export) keeps failing and we haven't fixed it within 7 days of confirming the problem.

What you got is clearly different from what we described — entry counts, benefits, badly mismatched.

A payment made by a minor without a guardian's consent.

3. How to request it

Email lovestore520@163.com with the subject "refund", or message us on WeChat through the QR code in the footer.

Include: your account email, the order number (visible in your WeChat Pay bill), the plan, the payment time, and one sentence about what happened.

We reply with our finding within 3 working days. Once confirmed, the money goes back the way it came; WeChat usually settles it in 1–7 working days.

You don't need to hand over anything beyond a screenshot, and there is no handling fee.

4. Everyday support

Can't sign in, code never arrives, payment problem, wrong content — same email, or the WeChat contact in the footer.

Members get priority. On weekdays we usually answer the same day, and never later than 3 working days.

Need an invoice? Email us the payee name and amount; we issue it for what you actually paid.

5. Rule changes

Updates show in the date at the top. Existing orders are handled under the rules in effect when they were placed — we don't apply new rules backwards.
